The Greeley Science Research program achieved a historic milestone this past Saturday at the annual Somers Science Fair. Greeley sent 74 sophomore students to participate in the prestigious event, which featured over 830 projects from across the region.

This spring, our Greeley seniors successfully completed the four-week Senior Capstone Experience, a signature program that provides students with the opportunity to pursue an internship or independent project aligned with their interests, passions, and future goals.

Throughout the school year, our dedicated student broadcast group worked tirelessly behind the scenes, creating a highly produced, engaging segment for every single weekly advisory day to keep our entire community connected.

The Horace Greeley’s academic teams had an extraordinary season. Our four premier programs: Debate, Academic Challenge, Science Olympiad, and Robotics, transitioned instantly to national powerhouses, collecting elite trophies and "360-degree learning" experiences along the way

Seven Horace Greeley High School sophomores attended the Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center High School Institute at Iona University, joining peers from across the region for a day of discussion, reflection and learning.

From March 12–14, Greeley Theatre lit up the stage with a dazzling production of Chicago: Teen Edition. Bursting with energy, style, and signature “razzle dazzle,” the show showcased the incredible talent and dedication of our student performers.

This February, the Greeley community is celebrating Black History Month through an educational initiative by the BIPOC Student Union (BSU). To promote awareness, the BSU developed an informative slideshow highlighting the legacies of Black icons who shaped history and culture.

The Greeley Fun and Arts Club proudly debuted its first student-directed, student-created Art Gallery at Greeley, driven by a shared goal of highlighting student artwork and creating opportunities to share creativity with the broader school community.

Greeley’s ENOUGH club attended a powerful and meaningful field trip to Anne Frank: The Exhibition in New York City, an extraordinary experience that brings Anne Frank’s story to life in a deeply immersive way.

The music ensembles in the Horace Greeley Performing Arts Department delivered a festive and joyful celebration to kick off winter break.

 Horace Greeley’s SHARE Club proudly hosted its annual blood drive on Monday, December 15th, bringing together students, staff, and community members in support of a truly meaningful cause.
