Transcript Requests
Current students who need to request a copy of their transcript should see their school counselors. All transcripts for college applications must be sent through SCOIR.
If you are a graduate and would like to request a copy of your transcript for the purposes of transferring colleges, or for employment requirements, please complete BOTH forms below and send requests to Maura Olson.
Please be mindful of deadlines as our office requires 15 days to process these requests.
